Hot dogs on a table

Substandard street food is a thing of the past. We have Trinity Kitchen to thank for that.

The ever-popular selection of restaurants and pop-up food bars has released its new menu for (half of) the month of May. Until the 15th, you can treat your taste-buds to these new gastronomic delights in the city’s favourite food-lovin’ paradise.

Kerb Edge (@KerbEdge)

If you want a life-changing burger, but you can’t afford the time to pop over to America for it, Yorkshire born-and-bred Kerb Edge is the food bar for you. These guys make deliciously succulent burgers from the steak mince they get from the locally reared Limousin cattle from Stamford Bridge’s Riverside Butchers. Get involved.

MOJO (@mojo_bar)

Nobody does soul food in Leeds like the chefs at MOJO. It’s one of the city’s most popular bars and it never fails to disappoint; the same can be said of its first street food stand at Trinity Kitchen. They do peanut butter and jelly chicken wings. Of course you want a piece o’ that.

Meet Frank (@meetfrankliv)

Traversing the Pennines from Liverpool to bring you the best hotdogs this side of the pond, Meet Frank will blow your hotdog-lovin’ face off. They’ll be serving American favourites the way they’re supposed to be served in artisan buns with ridiculously tasty toppings.

Cake Doctor (@cakedoctoruk)

Who doesn’t love cake? Vegans, you say? Well, these guys serve a brilliant vegan cheesecake amongst a vast selection of proper tasty cakes that will quite frankly make you happy for the rest of your life. Serving tea and coffee along with their tasty treats, the Cake Doctor is exactly what the (very smart) doctor ordered.
