Whether you wish to commend an individual member of staff, or provide feedback on your positive or negative experiences with Parklane we would be delighted to hear from you. We will thoroughly investigate every complaint and take action to make improvements.
In terms of complaints we will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We will then carry out our internal investigations and respond to you within 21 working days. Where the issue is complex we will advise you of how long this will take to resolve in due course.
