After long and careful thought I decided the time was right to sell my family home, this was a very daunting task as had never done before so was unsure of procedure. After making an enquiry to Parklane they arranged to come and see me at my home to go through a valuation and their costs and procedure etc, it all sounded far less harrowing than I originally expected, it was all explained to me in simple terms that I found very easy to understand.  In no time at all the house was described and pictured on Parklane's website.  The house was up for sale a very short time and then I was made an offer very close to the asking price, I accepted and the deal was closed.  I would like to send my sincere thanks to Parklane for their friendly and helpful service, and would highly recommend their services.  The stress I thought I would endure during this process was none existent.  Thanks Gary and all that have helped me!!!
