However, from time to time you may find the odd problem.

Maintenance SOS

While small repairs and day to day running of the property are the tenant’s responsibility, we understand that in certain circumstances you may not be able to solve the problem; we have therefore instructed Hive Property Services to investigate and resolve all maintenance issues. Please note, you will be charged for any call out deemed unnecessary or falling under the tenant’s responsibility.
