We have a robust infrastructure in place that takes care of not only finding you quality, referenced tenants but looks after the day to day hassles as well.

We will come to your properties and assess them for the rental market and rental value. We will discuss what adjustments, if any, are necessary to ensure your property meets general letting standards, as well as our own.


Your property will be marketed through our offices, website, touch screens and press advertisements.
An administrator will take digital photographs if you wish. Our website will display several photographs, floor plans and 360 images if you wish.

Our team will receive the rent from tenants on a monthly or quarterly basis. The net funds are then forwarded to you along with a rental statement.
At the end of the tenancy, we will return the deposit to tenants.


Our inspectors will carry out routine visits of your property and provide digital photography along with a report of the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy.


We will arrange professional cleaning, repairs and an inventory at the end of the tenancy including digital photography of the condition of the property.
