Small repairs and the day to day running of the property are the tenants responsibility, however in certain circumstances you may not be able to solve the problem and therefore we have instructed Hive Property Services to assist with these issues. However you will be charged for any call out made deemed unnecessary or falling under the tenants responsibility.
Called 'Report a Fault,' this is your on-line self-help process which guides you towards resolving minor problems. You don't need to be an expert, you just need to be observant. First you identify the symptom. For example maybe the water isn't draining away from your sink. We then propose some simple solutions, such as plunging the sink to try and remove the blockage. This way you save on unnecessary charges.
With this new self help system we hope that we can help you quickly and easily find the solutions to niggling little problems. Just go on-line, see the diagram of the area you are concerned with and follow the instructions. It's that simple.
There are some maintenance issues that do require our attendance. By following the instructions on the Find A Fault system this will be easily identified and we ask that you contact Hive Property Services when you have tried the self help solutions.
You can book on-line or call Hive Property Services and they will arrange for one of their maintenance team to come and resolve your maintenance issue quickly and efficiently.
