Reservation requirements

• You must have a visa to stay in the UK.
• You will need to provide a UK Guarantor. If you're unable to do so, you can pay the full year's rent in advance, or, if you're sponsored by an Embassy, you can provide proof of allowance and pay monthly as you wish. In some cases a double deposit may be required
