Far Headingley is a district of Leeds approximately 3 miles north of the city centre. It is situated beyond central Headingley, on the way to West Park and Weetwood along the A660 Otley Road. Like the rest of Headingley there are a large number of houses and flats for sale here. This location has the benefit of all the Headingley amenities but is set back from the student madness and there are many local residents living here, with students in the minority.

Holly Bank Surgery in Headingley is around half a mile south of the centre of Far Headingley. As for transport, buses go along Otley Road at least every 10 minutes on weekdays and Saturdays from 7am to 6pm. The main routes are 1, 6, 97 and X84.

Far Headingley has a sizeable student population, which can be attributed to the nearby Headingley Campus of Leeds Beckett University that hires lecturers, researchers and admin staff. Other employers of note here include Leeds City Council and Village Hotels, who run the Village Urban Resort.
