It is that time of year again, and the finalists for the 2014/15 Landlord & Letting Awards have been announced. The awards were set up in 2009 as a way of recognising and rewarding excellence in the private rented sector, while also helping to raise the standards set by landlords and businesses. Since then the awards have grown in stature and here at Parklane we are proud to be part of such a well respected accolade. This year Parklane Properties has been recognised for our achievements within the city of Leeds, and have been shortlisted among finalists for the ‘Best Website’ and ‘Best Customer Service’. The winners of each category will be announced at a gala dinner held at Stoneleigh Park later this evening.
